Bolden, Inc. ("Bolden," "we," "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare partners who use our services. This policy describes how Bolden, Inc. collects, uses, and protects your information.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — including name, phone number, and health-related information shared during Boldie calls. We also collect usage data to improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
How we use your information
Information collected is used to provide and improve Bolden's post-discharge care coordination services, facilitate communication between patients, families, and care teams, and comply with applicable legal requirements including HIPAA.
Data sharing
Bolden, Inc. does not sell, rent, or share patient or user SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with the patient's designated care team members (with patient consent), with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform who have signed Business Associate Agreements, and as required by law. No consumer data or opt-in information is sold or transferred to advertisers or data brokers.
HIPAA and protected health information
Bolden is designed to be HIPAA-aligned. We maintain Business Associate Agreements with all vendors who process protected health information on our behalf. All patient data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Data retention
We retain patient data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at privacy@livebolden.com.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@livebolden.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
