Boldie AI voice agent
Boldie is an AI-powered voice agent designed to facilitate check-ins and surface signals to care teams. Boldie does not make clinical decisions. All clinical decisions remain with licensed healthcare providers. Boldie conversations may be recorded and processed to provide the service.
Patient consent
Enrollment in Bolden requires explicit patient consent. Patients may opt out of Boldie calls at any time by informing their care team or contacting Bolden directly.
Intellectual property
All content, technology, and intellectual property associated with Bolden's services is owned by Bolden, Inc. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
Bolden's services are provided 'as is.' To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bolden disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
